You’re already making the Chicago region better with the work you do every day. We encourage organizations to use On the Table to focus the energy and passion of your stakeholders – volunteers, donors, staff and those who benefit from your programs, products and services – to support causes and address challenges to advance your mission.
During each of the past two years, On the Table has proven that Chicago-area residents share a desire to come together, collaborate more, become more civically involved and more committed to our community. While we know that there’s no “quick fix” to the issues facing our region, progress will result from residents and organizations working together to make contributions that add up to a greater solution that helps unite the place we call home.
What you do matters – and when we come together as a community to learn from and with each other, we have the power to impact both neighborhoods and lives and create a more unified Chicago. That’s what On the Table is all about.
We invite you to lend your voice to this important conversation. This year, we are offering a new feature for organizations that commit to hosting 20 or more tables as part of their On the Table events.
The Trust will provide additional resources and supports to hosts that commit and register to host 20 or more tables (200+ participants), including:
- A custom dropdown field on On the Table registration website that will make it easier for your guests to register and for you to track participation in your events.
- The Institute for Policy and Civic Engagement (IPCE), which coordinates the On the Table participant survey, will work with your organization to develop and include up to five customized questions to include in 2016 surveys sent to your guests. IPCE will then develop and share a customized organization-specific report on participant responses.
- Opportunities to be featured on the On the Table website and social channels.
- Our design team will work with you to add an On the Table logo to your visual identity.
